Taxis are easy to find in Dublin, either from one of many ranks or by hailing one in the street. If you are planning a journey outside the centre, it is advisable to arrange with the driver a return trip.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTFares are relatively cheap, but service is not so reliable and at times there are very long delays. If time is of the essence, it is best to book a taxi, despite the extra expense.
