´The disaster artist´wins San Sebastian´s Golden Shell
`The disaster artist' directed by James Franco won yesterday the Golden Shell Award for best picture at the 65th San Sebastian Film Festival. James Franco’s The Disaster Artist is the true story of the making of the film The Room, which has been called "the Citizen Kane of bad movies". Tommy Wiseau’s cult classic has been screening to sold-out audiences nationwide for more than a decade. The Disaster Artist is a buddy comedy about two outsiders chasing a dream. When the world rejects them, they decide to make their own movie – and it’s a movie so wonderfully awful due to its unintentional hilarious moments, meandering plots and terrible acting. 01.10.2017 | SanSebastian's blog Cat. : AWARDS
