Paris Art and Movie Awards PAMA
The PARIS ART AND MOVIE AWARDS celebrates those who are passionate about their creations.
We warmly welcome filmmakers and artists from all over the world to gather in the heart of Paris (Saint-Germain-des-Près) to meet new audience, screen and show their latest work, connect with fellow professionals, share their passion.
THE FESTIVAL WELCOMES
10 categories are open to submission :
- shorts
- student short
- features
- music videos
- documentaries
- experimental and visual arts in motion
- animation
- scripts
- mobile device shot films and web series
- art exhibitions
We accept all genres and nationalities. The first criteria is : be creative.

JURY and SELECTION PROCESS
Our experience for more than 10 years in movies, music, production, events and entertainment allows us to invite big names to our Awards event in Paris.
Actors, screenwriters, producers, journalists, artists take their seats into the jury and the selection process.

AWARDS
We want to make a difference. Winning one of our PAM Award will give you a special taste of French and Parisian recognition.
We offer real trophies and awards like :
- "Best Film of the Year" for shorts, features, documentaries, animation, music videos...
- Special awards for screenplays, visuals arts, new creative medias...
- A number of nominations for actors, DOPs, and a great range of crew jobs

+++ We do nominations, means you are informed in advance of your chances of success +++
(as far in advance as possible depending on the jury reunions, your date of submission...)...
=> So you can come up with traveling possibilities and stuff.
It feels really important to us that the artists are the core of the Award Ceremony. So, if you're a director in Los Angeles, an actor in UK, an artist in Australia or India... You know you win something, and even if we do not tell you what award is yours, you can hen choose to travel to Paris, and be 100% sure you travel for a great purpose.
DETAILS
- shorts > under 15 minutes
- student short > under 15 minutes
- features > under 120 minutes
- music videos > under 15 minutes
- documentaries > under 20 minutes
- experimental and visual arts in motion > under 5 minutes
- animation > under 15 minutes
- scripts > under 150 pages
- mobile device shot films and web series > under 5 minutes
- art exhibitions > Serie of 5 pieces minimum, 10 maximum.
If your film is 15 minutes + end credits, it's OK.
Submitting your film or art, your piece will be part of the selection process with jury including professional cast and crew persons.
It is then up to the jury to decide to selec you for official, unofficial, or special selection.

- summer/fall session : 25, 26, 27 of september, 2015
- winter/spring session : 2016
WHAT WE TAKE CARE OF
Absolutely all listed here above is our job.
The festival budget is spent to promote the movies, filmmakers and artists being part of the event, also to rent the venue, pay for the technical side... You know the drill.
WHAT WE DO NOT TAKE IN CHARGE
- Traveling cost
- Accommodation cost
- Food except cocktails and special meals
...BUT :
- We have a range of partnerships so we can help you finding really interesting solutions to accommodate, in Paris (not suburbs).
- We provide cocktails and snaking at some stages of the Festival
WHO WE ARE
A collective of producers, actors, and directors from France and USA, assembled to share, connect, and enjoy movies.
OUR MOTO
We ourselves experienced the creating path of making a movie, and screen it, and struggling to turn it into a success.
We create a large and serious range of awards to reward the best, more originals and more passionate projects we receive.
With this Festival and Award Ceremony, we want to build a moment for artists to connect, and get back home with rewarding experience and for the better : an award from Paris.
