In the autumn, when the freshers are been counted, it's a hobbit now that, on Cluj-Napoca, in the heart of the Dracula land to take place the international movie fest "Gay Film Nights". It's the sixth edition, the event will begin on October the 19th and it will last one week.

"Movies. Only art. To know us better." is the motto of this year whithin the organisers, are trying to explain to all of us that this festival is just a form of visibility of the life style, of the identic feelings and the problems witch are confrunting the others with another sexual orientation.

"Gay Film Nights" will bring in October in Cluj Napoca tenth of movies in premiere from short movies and documntaires to artistic long movies.Except the movies from competition,the festival will have work-shops, discussions, galleries, and parties like "Gay Awards Gala 2009", witch will desemnate the public romanian personalities who implicated or they have sponsored the gay-lesbian comunity from Romania this year.

Like the other editions, the entrance will be for free.

The final submission deadline is October 10.
