The conference is slated to begin Wednesday, April 27th at 5pm at The Cutting Room with an Opening Cocktail Reception, registration, networking session, and special musical performance. The Cutting Room is co-owned by famed actor Chris Noth, who has starred in “Sex and The City," “Law & Order” and "The Good Wife.” Past performers at the club include Judy Collins, Emmylou Harris, Neil Young, Sting, Howard Stern, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow and Pete Seeger.
On Thursday, April 28th, the full-day conference will kick-off at 9 am at the new headquarters of Time Inc., located downtown overlooking the Hudson River. Panelists include the producers of New York Food & Wine, Charleston Food & Wine Festival, Governors Ball, Global Citizens Festival, Ultra Music Festival, Electric Daisy Carnival and dozens of other food, wine, film and music festivals.
After a full day of panels, networking, and keynotes, there will be a cocktail party and an official after-party.
In a joint statement, co-founders Stuart MacNaught and Laurie Kirby stated, “we are excited to continue to assemble the top leaders in music, film, food & wine festivals shaping the experience and future of the festival industry for relevant and trend-setting discussions.”
Past participants include Shep Gordon, Dave Mason, Gary Meyer, Alice Cooper, Cat Cora, Roy Yamaguchi, Mike Shea, Kevin Lyman, Richard Glasser and hundreds of festival producers.
