She soon starts to receive annonoymous letters accusing her of exposing her family to the public. She suffers from writers block and depression when she meets an interesting and seductive woman (Eva Green) who understands her better than anyone. Directed by Roman Polanski. Out of competition.

This film is apart of the Cannes Classics. The film, by Humberto Solás interprets the theme of the hundred years' struggle by creating an epic in three parts which all follow a woman named Lucía and takes place in a different period of Cuban history. 

You Were Never Really Here - 10:00pm, 1h35 - Grand Théâtre Lumière 

The film stars Joaquin Phoenix as a veteran who goes on a mission to rescue a young girl from a sex trafficking ring and in his efforts must face corrupt power and violence. Directed by Lynne Ramsay. In competition - feature films.
