Brian Nitzkin has been hired as Senior Vice President, Business Affairs for Myriad Pictures, it was announced today by Myriad's President, Kirk D'Amico.   In this role, Nitzkin will oversee all contracts and legal work for Myriad's slate of films, as well as overseeing all business affairs with Myriad's international distributors.

Said D'Amico, "Brian's many years of experience working with production, distribution and financing are very much appreciated.  We welcome him as a member of our team especially as we continue to grow both internationally and in North America."

Prior to joining Myriad, Nitzkin spent over 5 years at IM Global, where he began as a Contract Administrator and ultimately rose to Vice President of Business Affairs and International Operations.  At IM Global he worked on over 60 films including Hacksaw Ridge, Silence, Secret in Their Eyes, The Butler, Miles Ahead, Afflicted, Collide, and the upcoming Film Stars Don't Die in Liverpool.  He began his career in entertainment at Universal Pictures, followed by stints at Paramount Pictures, Lionsgate, and Hasbro Studios.  Prior to that, he was a high school teacher in Chicago.
