Craze Digital is a digital distribution company.

So what you will say? I’ve already been approached by many companies doing digital distribution and got very little out of it?

We want to offer you a way to distribute your movies which is different from anyone else's offerings.

For example:

1. For a very nominal fee we can upload your movies to the “Cloud”. You don’t have to do a thing, and you do NOT have to license us your product and worry about it! The movies will be stored in the Cloud and any of your clients can get an “XML” protocol link so they can easily display your movies and stream them.

Advantages:

No need to license your movies to anyone and lose control of them or worry about their distribution in various territories. You control the situation. You decide who gets which titles and for distribution in which countries. We only charge a nominal fee for uploading the movies, and then a small monthly storage fee plus a little charge per stream or per download. You know exactly what your clients did with the movies, who viewed them and when, as well as what they paid. Simple. You stay totally in control of your movie assets. We do not ask you to license your movies to us and we have no rights to do anything without your explicit permission and instruction.

Think of it as a “Bank”. You deposit your movies in the digital storage facility in the “sky” and then you can disperse your funds (your movie assets) to who you want when you want. This is a revolutionary concept at a fraction of the price you would expect to pay. This concept is already happening very widely in the Music industry, with great success.

2. By late 2014, we expect to be featured in as many as 25,000-50,000 websites. This means that as soon as we upload the movies once, the above amount of sites can instantly display, stream and charge for viewing them (like “Netflix” but across 50,000 sites). Remember these sites never get the actual movie as its stored in the Cloud, under your control and/or ours. Imagine:You can have your movie streamed and watched for a fee on 25-50 websites at the same time. This is a new system never offered before.

3. We are now also offering distribution via our Private Label “Connected TV Dongle/Box”. Anyone can buy the above Dongle for as little as 29 US Dollars and have “Connected TV” features added to any TV. This is a revolutionary concept in the sense that due to deals signed, Craze’s User Interface and content will be featured and pre-installed ready for easy customer subscription in over 1 Million Dongles at point of sale right out of the factory. Hence, your movie can be offered to over 1 million Dongle buyers at the same time. We hope to reach as many as 3-5 Million Dongles that come with our movie library pre-installed in 2014!
