The festival is held under the patronage of Amazonas State Governor Omar Aziz and State secretary of Culture, General Director Roberio Braga. President of honor is brazilian filmmaker Zelito Viana.
 Swimming in the waterfalls in the rainforestAnother fantastic day has gone by at The 9th Amazonas Film Festival. We have been transported by bus deepr in the amazonas, about 2 hours drive for a traditional amazonian breakfast (tapioca, fruit juices...) and a visit to a sanctuary, preserved area of a few square kilometers around a set of 3 waterfalls, where we bathed at length, fighting against an incredibly strong current. Check the video, coming soon, from a place where Internet will be stronger.
