|
As Berlin adjusts to its role as the new-old capital of Germany, like any big city there are all sorts of lifestyles reflecting ethnic and cultural diversiry. While the Turkish minority's roos go back two generations when they were invited here as guest workers in the 1960s, the population has matured enough to support its own gay hustler and transvestite subculture. It is in this scene that director Kutlug Ataman has set his fourth feature.
