Eric Heumann, director of competition entry Port Djema, has returned to producing for Théo Angelopoulos' new film, Eternity and One Day.
The film stars Germany's Bruno Ganz (Der Himmel über Berlin) and is now shooting in Greece for Théo Angelopoulos Productions, Italy's Classic Film and Heumann's Paradis Film. Heumann takes a co-producing credit, as he did on Angelopoulos' Ulysses' Gaze.
'I found directing is more difficult and more exciting than producing,'' Heumann said. 'However, I still like producing and I will keep on doing it.' Adam Minns
